We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wivo Legal Tech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
- Any content obtained from the Services
- Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wivo Legal Tech Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Severability
